"Sea Otter" Baltic Porter is full of deep roasted malt flavor with only a touch of hops. We used 2-row, Munich, Caramel, and special German hulled barley malt Carafa. Not only did we take extra time to brew this beer with a special "step mash" process, it was also fermented longer, with a lager yeast. The extra time and effort was well spent! The brewery's Otter has been traveling the world in search of unique, interesting and unusual brewing styles. When he finds something new and exciting, he teams up with Master Brewer Steve Parkes and his capable team to produce Otter Creek's interpretation of the world's best beers! These unique brews are available in 22 ounce bottle and on draft. |
